Guest information

We look forward to welcoming you to Meadow Lodges Boothby Pagnell. On arrival you’ll meet Sue, the owner who will show you around your holiday lodge. A welcome hamper will be waiting in your accommodation full of local tasty treats to tuck into to help you settle in. It contains Lincolnshire Poacher cheese, a Lincolnshire tea loaf, Bassingthorpe milk, butter, coffee pods and breakfast tea.

Arrival and departure info

Check-in is at 4.00pm onwards – our information pack sent prior to arrival will include a ‘Planning your Arrival’ document. This also includes travel directions.

Check-out time is by 10.00am. We appreciate completed feedback forms – your thoughts and suggestions are very important to us.

Wi-Fi

Super fast broadband is available in both lodges. If you do need to work during your stay the dining table makes a good workstation

Parking, EVC point & bike storage

Both lodges have parking space for two cars along with an Electric Vehicle Charging point. There is also secure bike storage if required.

Accessibility

Both lodges are fully accessible. They are on the ground floor with level access throughout. The kitchens have rise and fall worktops, there are accessible bathrooms. Please see our Accessibility Guide for more information.

Pets

We accept guide/disability assistance dogs at both lodges.

With regards to pets, Daisy Lodge is dog-friendly and you are very welcome to bring one well-behaved dog with you (£30 per stay). Whilst Buttercup lodge is our pet-free option.

Local shops

Lily’s Lavendar Hut, Corby Glen is a charming independent shop housed in the oldest wooden retail outlet in Lincolnshire. It sells home-made cakes, meat, bread, vegetables and provisions.
Berry’s Farm Shop and Butchery, Burton Coggles sells local meat, vegetables and provisions.
Co-op, Corby Glen sells a wider variety of products.

Food deliveries

Lots of guests arrange food deliveries to arrive during their stay. We’ll send you directions and delivery instructions along with your booking confirmation email. Then you can pass these on to your home delivery service provider.

Filling station & supplies

Somerby Hill Service Station is the closest to us at Bridge End Road in Grantham (NG31 7EX).

The Milk Shed on Ponton Road in Boothby Pagnell is farmer-operated and sells milk from a vending machine, along with eggs, honey and yoghurt etc.
